Retourvoorwaarden - Airco Seals

When you make a purchase at aircoseals.com you are given 14 calendar days for reflection. The cooling off period starts the day after your order is delivered. Within the cooling-off period, you as a buyer have the right to cancel the purchase without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to us will be borne by you. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will have to be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original state and packaging.

This right of withdrawal applies only if you have used the product to the extent necessary to decide whether you wish to keep it or not. The right of rescission does not apply if you are acting in the course of a profession or business.

Unauthorised acts
As a buyer, you may not, with regard to the product of which the purchase is/will be cancelled, perform actions that are reserved for the manufacturer or persons appointed by the manufacturer. You may also not carry out any operations that would reduce the value of the product or prevent aircoseals.com from offering the product as new.

Compensation by the buyer
If, within the cooling-off period, you do not return the products or return them incomplete or in a damaged or otherwise deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the damage caused. This also applies if the damage occurred during use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Dit is alleen anders wanneer de schade is ontstaan bij het uitproberen van het product, zoals dat in een winkel ook zou kunnen. Als koper kunt u de verplichting tot schadevergoeding voorkomen door het product na aflevering niet in gebruik te nemen en bovendien alle vereiste zorg te dragen om beschadiging te voorkomen.

Bij beschadiging of tenietgaan van een product, heeft aircoseals.com het recht op schadevergoeding, tenzij de schade een aantoonbaar direct gevolg is van normaal gebruik. Normaal gebruik heeft uitsluitend het doel het product uit te proberen. Ook moeten hierbij de voorschriften zijn opgevolgd die behoren bij het product of de retourzending.

Non-returnable products
In principle, the right of rescission does not apply to:

products manufactured in accordance with the purchaser's specifications;
producten die door hun aard niet kunnen worden teruggezonden;

Cancellation
Do you want to cancel an order you have not yet received? Please contact our customer service via mail (info@aircoseals.com), we will cancel your order free of charge. Any prepayment received by us will usually be refunded within a few working days (and at the latest within 14 days).
