In cooperation with PostNL, we ensure that your order is neatly packaged and delivered to you. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace code by e-mail. With this code you can follow your package. It is not possible to collect your order at our office address. Upon delivery you must sign for receipt.
Not at home? No problem!
The parcel will then be brought to a pick-up point in your neighbourhood. Of course, you will then receive a note in your mailbox with all the necessary information.
Transport damage
Do you notice that your parcel has been damaged during transport? Then we kindly ask you to contact our customer service. In order to help you in the best possible way, we ask you to provide your order number or invoice number and a few clear pictures of the damage.
