This means that the article you ordered is not directly in stock and is being produced. As soon as we receive the article, you will receive an email with the track & trace. As long as the dimensions of your roof window are no more than 5-10 centimetres shorter than the sizes indicated on the website, it is not a problem. The gasket should then just fit. The gasket is placed on the frame. This means that you can always have a little slack. Should you still have doubts? Please contact our customer service.
