In cooperation with PostNL we ensure that your order is neatly packaged and delivered to you. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will immediately receive a track and trace code by mail. This allows you to follow the package. It is not possible to pick up your order at our office address. Upon delivery you must sign for receipt.
Not at home? No problem!
The package will be brought to a pickup point in your area. Of course you will receive a bill in your mailbox, where all the information about this can be found.
Do you notice after receipt that your package has suffered damage during transport? Then we kindly ask you to contact our customer service. In order to help you in the best possible way, we ask you to provide your order number or invoice number and a few clear pictures of the damage.
