This means that the article you ordered is not directly in stock and is being produced. As soon as we receive the article, you will receive an email with the track & trace. Usually the delivery time will then be extended by 1-2 weeks. Do you have any questions about the delivery of your product? Please contact our customer service.
As long as the dimensions of your roof window are no more than 5-10 centimetres shorter than the sizes indicated on the website, it is not a problem. The gasket should then just fit. The gasket is placed on the frame. This means that you can always have a little slack. Should you still have doubts? Then please contact our customer service.
